Disaster Management & Alert System

Description

An emergency response app that broadcasts alerts about floods, earthquakes, or fires. In the event of a disaster, the admin sends a push notification to all devices in the affected zone. The app works offline by using SMS fallback if the internet is down. It also contains a 'Safe/Unsafe' status check that allows users to mark themselves safe, updating a central dashboard for rescue teams.
