Android Based Notice Board

Description

Replaces physical notice boards in colleges. The principal types a message in the Android app, which sends it via Bluetooth/Wi-Fi to a scrolling LED dot-matrix display. This allows for instant updates on schedules or announcements without printing paper notices.
