Step 3: Now, click on the cell. A small square known as a "fill handle" will appear in the bottom-right corner of the cell.
Click on the fill handle and drag over the cells either in a row or a column.
To duplicate data in a row, drag the fill handle across. In the cells of a row where data will be entered, a dotted black line will appear.
Upon releasing the mouse button, the copied data will be filled in all selected cells across the row.
To duplicate data in a column, drag the fill handle downwards. Where the data will be duplicated, a dotted black line will appear down the column.
